ISIC 2010 Universidad de Murcia, Spain

The 2010 conference will take place at the Universidad de Murcia, Spain, in September, 2010. Here's a little movie about the event.

Murcia is an originally Moorish city, the capital of the province of Murcia, located a little inland from the resort area of La Manga on the Costa Blanca. There is much to offer the tourist and ISIC 2010 would be the ideal time to add on a little leisure time and explore the area.

Two airports serve Murcia, the biggest is Alicante, some 75 kms. north, which is a popular airport for airlines delivering summer tourists to the Costa Blanca - many flights are available and there's a regular bus service to and from Murcia taking 45mins. The other airport is Murcia airport (also known as San Javier) about 45 kms. to the south. This airport is increasing in popularity with airlines, particularly low-cost airlines flying from Germany and the UK but the connections to Murcia are not as frequent.
